Fiabon allows you to manage unlimited appointments, to manage the services and rates of each service, the schedules of each service, the automatic sending of SMS confirmations and reminders of appointments. It also allows you to share the agenda with your employees and collaborators, to have an online management accessible wherever you are, for a simple and fast use. Our platform is easy to use and will allow you to efficiently manage your beauty salon, increase your productivity and increase your revenues
To use our software, just define your services and providers, display their availability, and you will have clients, old and new, booking 24/7.
To define your services and providers in the software, you need to go to the 'Services' and 'Providers' tab of your account. You can then add new services and providers by filling in the requested information (name, description, duration, rate, etc.). You can also add photos and videos to showcase your services and providers.
To display the availability of your providers, you have to go to the 'Agenda' tab of your account. You can then add available time slots for each provider and define the opening and closing hours of your beauty salon. You can also define special closing days and vacations for each provider.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, you must go to the 'My account' tab of your software and click on the 'Unsubscribe' button. You will then be redirected to a page where you can select the end date of your subscription and confirm your termination request. Your subscription will be automatically suspended at the end of the current period and you will no longer have access to premium features.
We take the security of your data very seriously and we implement adequate security measures to protect it. We use state-of-the-art security technologies to encrypt your data and protect it from unauthorized access. We also comply with privacy and confidentiality standards, such as the GDPR, and take every precaution to ensure the protection of your personal data.
Yes, you can access your data at any time by logging into your account on the software. You will have access to all information related to your clients, appointments, services and providers. You can also export your data as a CSV file for use in other software.
